Meet Our Principal
Ms. Christine Sher
Christine Sher, the founder, has taught children and adults of all caliber since 2001. She has extensive experience in classroom based teaching and individualized tutoring. Not only does she help children with their academic endeavors, but she also develops meaningful relationships with all her students. She helps guide them through their adolescence, and builds a support network to encompass the development challenges. Christine has a special way with people. With her background in psychology, she believes that through education and guidance all people are on the path to success.

Teaching Experience:
More than a decade's experience in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language).
Over the years, I've worked with learners of all ages and managed to help many reach their educational goals.
Educational Background:
Bachelor of Arts in in English Language Teaching - Azad University TNB.
Master of Education in Teaching English as a Second Language - UBC.

Passion in Life:
​Obviously, teaching is my number one pet passion in life. It has made me a better person over the years and taught many valuable lessons about communicating effectively with learners.

Teacher Anna
Teaching Experience:
Over 10 years of experience tutoring elementary and high school students in English, Math, Science, Chemistry, Physics, and SSAT preparation. Skilled in teaching Math across all levels—from foundational skills in elementary grades to advanced high school topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus. Experienced in preparing students for tests like the SSAT, with a focus on problem-solving strategies and test-taking skills.
Educational Background:
Graduated with a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines (2012) and earned an MSc in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology
Passion in Life:
Continuous learning is my passion in life, and being able to share this with others inspire me as well. On top of that, I’m passionate about pets and environmental protection.

2 years of teaching at Frank Academy, and several years of experience working with children in various Summer and Youth camps.

Teacher Marjorie
Teaching Experience:
More than six years of tutoring experience at Frank Academy, with a strong focus on English instruction and language skill development. I have worked with ages ranging from kindergarten to grade 10 in reading and writing English and prose.
Teacher Assistant at University of British Columbia for under a year.
Educational Background:
University of British Columbia in the faculty of Arts (major in English Literature).
Passion in Life:
Reading is one of my greatest passions; novels, poetry, graphic novels, I’ll read them all!

More than 5 years of experience volunteering with very young students at a religious school in
Arizona. Helped run Stratford Hall IB reading and writing clubs Big Bear Education Summer Camp and Frank Academy English classes.

Teaching Experience:
Over 5 years of experience tutoring elementary school children with English and Math.

Passion in Life:
​I enjoy expressing myself in different forms of music such as dancing and playing instruments. I also enjoy learning different languages thus that is what led me to study linguistics.

Teaching Experience:
Instructed over 300 students in over 11 years. My students are aged from 5 to 80. I have had the opportunity to teach really brilliant students and see them flourish. I have always thrived to keep my classes engaging and communicative. Given mock IELTS Speaking tests to over 3000 hopefuls.
Experienced in teaching foundational and advanced elementary math, including number sense, multiplication strategies, fractions, word problems, and math games to strengthen critical thinking.

MA in TEFL from University of Tehran (state university in Iran).
Passion in Life:
Providing my students with the tools and knowledge required to reach new heights in their own communities.

Teaching Experience:
Taught grade 7 in Ethiopia Africa (2 years). Taught grade 7 and 10 (total 7 years for Delta School Board). Have been teaching accent reduction for 25 years.
Educational Background:
Graduated Stanford University, B.A. History. Completed teacher training, 5th year at Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, B.C.
Passion in Life:
I love my 2 kids, my cat, Mozart, and teaching accent reduction to all the wonderful students (over 25,000), all over the world. 25 years ago I ‘discovered’ a way to teach accent reduction and Speaking Effective, Beautiful English. My best student was the star of Mulan, Yifei Liu.

Bachelor’s degree in Education from the renowned Paris University. Trained in language instruction with a strong foundation in teaching methodology and student engagement.
Passion in Life:
